During my 20+yrs as a Personal Trainer, I’ve helped clients to achieve a wide range of goals. For many these goals are simply to increase general fitness, improve muscle tone, build muscle strength and size & achieve weight loss. For others, it’s enabling them to compete as competitive athletes in sporting events such as Cycling, Rowing, Sailing, Body Building, Weight Lifting & Strong Man Competitions. I have also assisted with many post operative care clients, rehabilitating them back to full function again!
