During my 18yrs as a Personal Trainer, I’ve helped clients to achieve a wide range of goals. For many these goals are simply to increase general fitness, improve muscle tone, build muscle strength and size & achieve weight loss. For others, it’s enabling them to compete as competitive athletes in sporting events such as Cycling, Rowing, Sailing, Body Building, Weight Lifting & Strong Man Competitions. I have also assisted with many post operative care clients, rehabilitating them back to full function again!
More recently, I’ve created the ‘FitIt 10 Wk Challenge‘, enabling people of all sorts of ages, sizes, shapes & fitness levels to become fitter, leaner, stronger human beings in just 10 wks!
